What data we collect
This site does not process payments directly and does not require account creation. We only collect aggregated browsing data via Google Analytics (see our Cookie Policy) to understand which designs are most popular, and only after you give explicit consent through our cookie banner.
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given or withdrawn at any time through the cookie banner or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Purchases on Redbubble and Spreadshop
When you buy a product you are redirected to Redbubble or Spreadshop, independent platforms that handle payment, shipping and customer data under their own privacy policies. WildLifeThings does not receive or store your payment or shipping data.
Use of AI in our illustrations
Some illustrations on this site are created with the help of generative AI tools as part of our process: every image starts from real reference, is directed by us, and is reviewed before publication. In line with the transparency principles of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we disclose here that these images are AI-assisted rather than fully hand-drawn.
Data transfer and retention
Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics and may be transferred to Google servers in the United States under Google’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Data is retained for no longer than 14 months, in line with Google Analytics’ default configuration (checkable and adjustable in Analytics > Admin > Data Settings > Data Retention).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of any data concerning you at any time by writing to nardpoe.art@gmail.com. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
